All sales final. But don’t worry, we’ll make sure it’s right.
As a made-to-order family business, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns.
We do everything we can to make our customers happy. This often involves going above and beyond to ensure the best customer service.
We will work with you before or after placing your order to ensure your expectations are met.
If for some reason there is an issue with your order when you receive it, we will gladly find a solution and/or repair it for you.
All Home Collection products are also Final Sale.
